As they say, paperwork makes the world go around :D

I find it much more easier to cover all tracks with copies and when needed, conveniently letting people (like bosses) know when you think there might be a problem in deciding whether you are worth the effort of battling/appeasing or being ignored :D

That being said, you got me with the Treasurer. I honestly would have not thought of that one.
