Oh it would have been so much grittier for you! The air down there seems to have larger particles for some reason, just as the air in Sydney seems greasier.

And no, no rain during or since, so everything is still grimy. Rain of blood does not sound appealling, though give the locusts have been back, I shouldn't be surprised ;-)
