We had another, smaller dust storm yesterday. Gruesome for the lungs, and apocalyptic in colouring (though nowhere near as bad as Wednesday), but the city was actually safer than usual, as everyone was so weirded out by the whole thing that they drove more sensibly and acted more circumspectly.

Which leads me to believe the actual end of the world may be very very polite ;-)
