Ah my lovely novel. It's a sci-fi/fantasy/conspiracy/mystery/cross-country adventure which is an attempt to overturn cliches and involves an asexual science nerd girl and adventurous boy who are as average as I can make them and do not ride off into the sunset. It is lovely and shiny and I quite love it to bits. There is magic, which has an explanation with physics and unified field theory (I'm a chemistry major and the idea of science based magic is love to me). There are negative consequences to the discovery of magic, government conspiracy, human experimentation, and assasins. There is causality, which is both my baby and my biggest pet peeve when it is ignored. However, I swing back and forth between my fanfiction and my novel. Thus, the anticipation of those around me. It's why I haven't posted any of my fanfiction yet even though I have the first 25,000 words written. I can't guarantee how long it will take and I don't want to disappoint anyone.
