AHAHAHAHAHA!

I'm watching the ABC (government channel) to try and find my brain again, and Q&A is on. It's a show in which political and public figures come onto a moderated panel and answer questions put to them by the audience, by emails and from Twitter.

In response to one of the questions, one of the panel members has just said, 'Look, we've elected a parliament that is essentially hung!'

To which host Tony Jones replied: 'You want it to be well hung.'

I love the tenor of political debate here sometimes.

I love that you could probably only get away with that in Australia. :)

:) Britain's silly political debate is but a pale imitation.

The better to screw everyone over with, my dear.

You know, if everyone running for office was forced to do it nude, that would at least make politics fun for everyone. :D

I love Q&A. It's so fantastic. I was so excited, I had to watch it for a uni assignment about politics and new social media. I kind of forgot to take notes, the whole point of the exercise, but I watch it so often I probably didn't need to anyway, I know how it works!
