Jetlag of DOOM has struck. I also appear to have developed peroneal tendonitis, which is clearly the universe laughing at me buying a new running top yesterday. Damn you, universe! Should be fine with rest and physio, and I will break out the rowing machine rather than the running top! (And for anyone inclined to worry, don't, I have high arches and a mangled right foot that makes it susceptible to this sort of thing, and it is my own fault for being far too slack at general fitness and stretching and then treating my body as though it was still capable of doing anything I want it to.)

I was going to have finished at least the first of my remaining travel posts today, but I dozed and limped instead. So for people who aren't following
