Bleagh. I know that horror well. It's not so uncommon to have a week with several 85-100 days in a row here, but there will usually be a few cool nights and one or two breaks in the run through the days so that everyone can cool down a little. Not this time.

I've even sanctioned Mr Brammers running the aircon for long periods of time, and have slightly wished it was through the whole house, not just a portable in the study. Given how much I hate using that much power, it's testimony to my desperation for a break from sweating!
