Happy LJ Anniversary to me!

Four years! SO much fun. Thank you all for putting up with all the madness, from Potter to politics, science to ukuleles.

I thought of writing something for the occasion, but finishing Fathers left me a bit brain dead and my remaining brain is being used for work and for a pinch-hit that I am doing for a fest, because I can almost never say no to a nice mod.

But I did make a little something!  My dear RL friend [livejournal.com profile] treacle_tartlet  and I have a similar sense of humour and have been confused for each other in fests once or twice. So here is a foolproof guide to working out whether a story was written by Treacle, or by me! (Apologies for the appalling handwriting (I was watching the news, and my pen ran out of ink), and you will probably need to click to enlarge.)

In other news, thanks so much for all the chocolate heads! MASSIVE pig-out!

Much love, hugs, kisses and fondant-guzzling slurps as appropriate to [livejournal.com profile] jesskakay , [livejournal.com profile] ineffably_roma ; dear anonymous; [livejournal.com profile] curia_regis ; [livejournal.com profile] brissygirl ; [livejournal.com profile] the_gubette ; [livejournal.com profile] ldydark1 ; [livejournal.com profile] stellamoon ; [livejournal.com profile] naadi ; [livejournal.com profile] lilliputian722 ; [livejournal.com profile] ladydeth12 ; [livejournal.com profile] subtlefire ; [livejournal.com profile] taradiane ; [livejournal.com profile] painless_j ; [livejournal.com profile] sassy_cissa ; [livejournal.com profile] groolover ;  [livejournal.com profile] alisanne ; [livejournal.com profile] alex_s9 ; [livejournal.com profile] melusinahp ; [livejournal.com profile] ariannagray ; [livejournal.com profile] skriftlig ; [livejournal.com profile] kitty_fic ; [livejournal.com profile] cassie_black12 ; [livejournal.com profile] filmatleven ; [livejournal.com profile] dysonrules ; [livejournal.com profile] tsosh ; [livejournal.com profile] phoenixacid ; [livejournal.com profile] rickey_a  and [livejournal.com profile] nursedarry

And in answer to some of the notes and questions attached: [livejournal.com profile] tomatoe18 , you flatterer, I just have awesome friends!; [livejournal.com profile] pushdragon , funnily enough, my brain often feels as though it is made out of strawberry fondant!; [livejournal.com profile] fiercedragon13  – thank you! I will endeavour to write more!; [livejournal.com profile] unvarnishedtale  -- we will decapitate them all with our gnashy little teeth!; [livejournal.com profile] thisgirl_is  -- I try not to think of such things!; [livejournal.com profile] alaana_fair  -- a man bearing chocolate!; [livejournal.com profile] treacle_tartlet  you have left me not wanting to eat strawberry-centred anything for a while ...; [livejournal.com profile] winstonmom  -- it's mutual!; [livejournal.com profile] geneva2010  -- work first, the fic will still be there!; [livejournal.com profile] kayoko  -- I once shared my Easter eggs with my dog, she ended up at the vet and I ended up in hospital with gastro, I was 2 -- you would be an immensely better option!; [livejournal.com profile] lrndng  -- I would like to say it was the first time, but ...'; [livejournal.com profile] calanthe_fics  – oh, you knew that there wasn't going to be a sex scene, they're not Marauders!; [livejournal.com profile] teganscrush  and [livejournal.com profile] chantefable  -- it's chocolate OR ukulele, alas, they don't mix!

And finally, [livejournal.com profile] libby_drew , thank you for the picnic basket! You are responsible for so much of the last four years :-) (the rest is mostly [livejournal.com profile] norton_gale , Gillian Brampton, Cal, Rai, Ping, Mere and Push ...)

Terrible young woman!

OH how I love Charles. Thank you, dear! I would love to read a me-fic by you, it would be amazing! Has there ever been a fest where people impersonate each other? Could go horribly wrong, but could be BRILLIANT!!

(And I need to get off LJ and on to my ukulele practise for the evening! )

THIS IS THE BEST FEST PREMISE EVER.

If we can't convince others of it as a premise, the three of us alone would be terrific!

WE SHOULD DO IT. It will be hilarious. :D

The fest where people impersonate each other would be IT! <3 Brilliant! Ah, I would gleefully and diligently work to impersonate you (even though I cannot dream to approach your awesomeness, alas); the effort to produce anything appropriately brammeresque would take about four years, though. At least according to the expert chart!

Darling I would be hard-pressed to emulate your brain of twisty genius! But let's try anyway! And pinch-hits from me can be produced in 15 days or less as has been proven on several occasions ;-)

Heeee! Let's try! I think I agree with Treacle that the world is not ready for a fest, but we are ready to be the hopelessly giggling pioneers. Three vivacious impersonators. :D Do we need a sandbox community? I would have started one straight away, but was faced with the necessity of choosing a name and, well, our usernames don't really make a clever anagram except for CBT? Which would be quite misleading, as you might agree.

(Of course, Treacle will start writing a CBT fic before I finish that thought, because the universe works like that!)
