Travelling to Melbourne, Part III

Memo to self: Remember all those fantastic relationships you had with wildly exciting and beautiful people back when you were young and how you would fall deeply for about five minutes, but assure yourself that it was fine because you could both walk away at any time, but then they would have an episode when you did because they suddenly thought you shouldn't go?

Don't mention to cities that you are enjoying your fling with their organised public transport, broad boulevards and delicious food, or they will hold you hostage in their airports. And they don't let you bring your cricket bat through security ...

She's more the "Do you have a free hand, could you please rub my tummy?" So frottage fics only.

I actually have a BIG ENVELOPE that I have been filling with treats for you for months. They are lame and small for the most part, but I will post it and you can laugh at them rather than me continuing to add.

Well, the BIG ENVELOPE is sure to be the highlight of my day! Hooray for stuff from Australia, especially when it's personally selected by someone of your charm and taste.

Oh, by the way, have you pinned down your schedule any further as far as trips to the US and Europe?

I need to be in Florence for the first full week of November, that's it. I'll almost certainly end up booking tickets late and paying twice as much as I ought rather than try and deal with it before ... but I now have an old friend who's moved to Washington DC, and so the East Coast is calling.

I can make it to DC or NYC, and if you are able to make it to Boston, I will personally investigate lodging for you. Luckily November is NOT the tourist season, so you have an excellent chance of getting decent accommodations at a reasonable price.

This inn is walking distance from our place, and close to the subway line as well. :)
