well...the players are required at some point to take a ballet class, so i can see where you get the synchronized swimming imagery. they're so graceful. and i feel the same way about rugby. i don't really get it. people say it's like american football, but...no. it isn't. but if i had grown up with it, i'd probably be a bonafide hooligan. ice hockey i like because it's the only professional sport played with a real weapon. no not the sticks...the skate blades. i cringe everytime a see a body pile up on the ice. i start screaming, WATCH YOUR NECK! :D

and you still didn't answer my question...F1 is formula one? as in car racing? :P
