my aunt is a wonderful woman. but the church lost my respect with it's hypocracy and inability to meet the times. not to mention its rejection of my preferences.

*shrugs* I spent years, literally, coming to terms with myself and with my childhood teachings. finding a balance I could live with. guess that's why I don't really care about religion anymore. and politics are so wrapped up with religion, regardless of the 'separation of church and state' this country claims, that I can't get too into politics either.
