Oh, this is perfect. I laughed all the way through. Made my Saturday morning, it did.
I pretty much agree with you on every single point and I shall probably even vote the same way you are. Problem is, we have a bushfire victim running for the Libs here in this seat, taking over from a well respected member. It's an incredibly marginal seat (votes had to be manually recounted counted in the last election after a challenge on the result, and the eventual winner was only declared - by 12 votes - after a manual counting of preference votes). So the sympathy vote might be a big winner. Then again, he's only been the candidate for a month, and listening to him on the ABC yesterday, he had nothing to say other than how hard the Government (why he sees it as a fed responsibility is beyond me) is making it for victims and how hard done by they all are, so perhaps the whinging will put people off. And he pretty much knew nothing about their policies, claiming 'I've only been in the job a month, it's a lot to learn'. *eyeroll*
With a bit of luck this Crabbe will diaf as well. ;)
Hermione is acting with a lot of grace and the attack by Rita Skeeter (Latham) and how she handled that cracked me up.
