Tragically, I am sub-literate in Swedish and almost illiterate in Finnish. I recognised congratulations from cards from Finnish friends, and I know the words for Moomin and gingerbread house -- not the most useful vocab, I know! ;-)

But I do know a song that raitala taught me:

Imagine, if you will, pingrid, calanthe and I mortifying raitala with loud exclamations of 'oomme kaikki, kaikki!' (She secretly loved it.)
