I'm glad you like this NM, she's a little based on my Dad's Mum, who has been known to say "Oh that's absurd, I'll just call the Archbishop." But I should stress that she's not secretly ruling, just quietly putting together all the people who are good at doing the actual ruling with others that they really MUST know, and the fact that they then all owe her little favours is simply by the by, really!
