Alas, over 30 degrees and soupy humidity at night defeats everything but air conditioning, which at least means the air is moving. Though I do hear you on the lack of fresh air on really cold nights: I've been known to sleep in socks, beanies and gloves as well as sometimes more than one hiking fleece in England in a bid to keep a little draught going. Every time I've woken up either STILL freezing, or dreaming I was being roasted like a potato!
