Sorry!

I have a Florence ficlet and thank yous owing, but have mild heat whatsit and am vomity and fainty and need to be up on seven hours to catch a flight. So it may all be done tomorrow if I have wireless, or it may all happen when I return from the wilderness of New Zealand.

I plan to return with fresh hedgehog photos!

You should have wireless in ChCh :-) Whether it is free or not is another matter. I am also amused with CHCH being called wilderness lol.

Goodluck with the flight over when not feeling well- hope we stay cold for you as a nice change. I am also well and truly ready for some rain- Dunedin has got mild/muggy and its awful!

Fresh hedgehog photos?... They are a rarity in your country? (Sounding very much like a country bumpkin)

I regret to say I did not write my ficlet. Though I would have liked to! Just imagine Harry sneaking off to meet Draco in the little chamber guarded by sphinxes, over the water in the park by the Stibbert museum.... and Draco on his stomach, his naked limbs stretched out on a cool stone bench as he waits for Harry, sheltered from the August sun....

Drink lots of good cold water and take care of yourself in NZ! And I'd love to see a pic of a kiwi.

Er, that was me!

I love you for being tardy, since it makes my own failure to put Florence-related words together into anything resembling fun or interesting on time appear just that bit less hopeless. :D Although I wish it wasn't because you're ill, obviously. Get well, sweetie, and have a great trip!

Heat sick is no fun! I can sympathise, though, I've been getting headaches every day and we're nowhere near as hot as Adelaide or Melbourne.

Have fun in New Zealand (hahaha, what a silly notion)!!!!! :) Sorry, I'm Australian, I can't resist. It's in my nature. At least I didn't write, when asked to write down a joke, "New Zealand sport", like a friend did once.

I am writing Florence ficlet as we speak, um, type. Will be done whenever you are back online. Get well is most important. Wish I could send you some of that dismal Berlin cold.

Go, hedgehogs!

Sorry, butting in here to say that I've lived in Australia for my entire life (probably longer than [livejournal.com profile] blamebrampton, but I'm not entirely sure how long she's been here) and have never seen a hedgehog in my life. I don't think they've been introduced in Australia like they have been in NZ. :)

Feel better sweetie. I can't imagine that heat for that long. *hugs gently*

I forgot to say Happy Birthday to you the other day.

Sorry!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, love!

And many, many more!

Oh noes for heat whatsit! Cold Fanta is very good for that, in my experience. Hope you feel better very soon.

Have a lovely time in NZ. Good luck finding some hedgehogs.

Hope you have great time!

Adding belated, though no less heartfelt, birthday wishes for you to take with you. It's NZ after all!!

Hope the heat sick clears itself up for you.

Don't forget to turn the light off when you come back. ;)

I actually have an icon which vaguely relates to the post! :O

Sorry for the late reply!

Wow... I hate to say it, but you are not missing much with the hedgehog... They are prickly and unfortunately very easy roadkill on the country roads.
However, seeing a cat trying to figure out what the hell it is is amusing. Thankfully she didn't try to butt in or her nose would have been hurt quite badlly.
