It is 41.5 degrees C, which is over 100 in the old money. If you hear nothing further from me, it is because I have melted. I make note that it is not yet summer.

It's been pretty hot up here the last week or so. When I'm at work, I'm in a tin demountable building with no a/c only a ceiling fan. I need to have the fan on full pelt for it to even make a difference, if I have the windows closed it makes it worse.

Stay cool, maybe find a local indoor swimming pool or something, maybe invest in one of those portable air coolers that you fill with iced water to make cool air.

That's just inhuman.

Mr Brammers has a portable cooler in the study, but I usually work out in the living room where there is more space. I might give up on that plan if this continues ... The BOM promised a cool change I hope you get it, too!

And yes, I need a good swim!
