Urrrrrr ...

It is 41.5 degrees C, which is over 100 in the old money. If you hear nothing further from me, it is because I have melted. I make note that it is not yet summer.

Blech! That sounds like no kind of spring I've ever experienced, thank goodness. :/ OTOH your winters can beat mine with both hands tied behind their back. Maybe if we put both our climates in a bag and shook it really well? *sends you cooling winds*

Not long now until you'll be in cool, damp Europe!

PIN! Yes, I would be more than happy to send you or any of my Canadian friends a reasonable amount of heat. It has cooled down today, I am about to face leaving the house. And I have just found some more Paris museums ... YAY!

Hahah! Yes, more museums, just what we need! ;)

It will be good to need a coat, yes? I've just hatched the harebrained scheme of making a new wool coat before Paris. Chances are there will be cursing and rage and no actual coat by the time I leave, since I can't even decide on a style. The only sure thing is that there will be a hood. And it will be red. I hope someone else will supply the wolf in the form of handsome, slightly edgy man. ;)

This is a little spooky --- I have just abandoned plans to make myself a coat, which was going to be green lined with red and have a hood. But you will definitely need one! I am relying on the good burghers of London to have one so that I do not have to freeze my arse off in Paris with my light Sydney jackets and Kiwi woollen underthings ...

If you can't get a coat in London I don't know where you can! And besides I've decided Paris isn't going to be freezung, but pleasantly and unseasonably mild.

I'm kind of thinking Narcissa's coat - but shawl collar hood, not sure about that. Also, one Ping is probably at least one and a half Helen McCrories, which would mean a sligthly different effect. We shall see! Quite possibly I'll end up with the same coats as last year, heh. :)
