HURRAH for pilates - well you know that I love it, and encourage people to try it all the time - can't think WHY I never suggested it to you..... So - does the place you're going to try have the equipment as well as matwork? Mr Brammers would love the equipment - there is THE REFORMER, THE TRAP TABLE/CADILLAC and *cue ominous music* THE CHAIR...... Had a session today and did most of my work on a new type of chair (Felicia calls it the elctric chair) - it has a back you see and when you put the handles in (to do step-ups and dips etc), it looks kind of frightening...... my abs are starting to grizzle from working so hard today :)
