It was your birthday and I was away!! Happy belated Birthday!

Glad you had a great birthday as well - but I have to check - just WHICH one of my proposed ages do I look? :) Because I proposed three different ages! - They were 9 (hopefully I look a BIT older than that), 28 and some odd months (actually I think I look a bit older than that as well) and finally 35.....

All joking aside, I believe for a 45 year old, I can convincingly drop a good 5 to 6 years...

And I had a lot of fun on my birthday even though I did resist doing a large party etc.

28 on good days and from behind, 35 on any day! And hurrah for fun days with no party mess to clean up afterwards!

I suspect there must be a pavlova saturation point, whether you push past it is another thing.
