GAHH!

I am the first to admit that someone should award me an honorary PhD in procrastination, but for the first time in my life my storytelling has been thwarted by my good behaviour.

I am unable to recall a single incident when I have shagged or snogged anyone wearing glasses*.

I've had to put my old sunglasses onto a handpuppet to work out logistics. And, naturally, that required another handpuppet on the other hand to keep the proportions right. Let me just say that I am glad the window in this room opens onto the garden. You would not believe the time it took!

And you thought the ukulele would be the acme of my ridiculousness this week ...**

* Surely I must have, but a taxi to the head is a powerful remover of random snoggage recollection!
** 10 notes! Three chords! Two songs!

I would give a great deal to see you working out the logistics of kissing with glasses using handpuppets and sunglasses. A great deal *vbg*.

And I'm extremely pleased that it means kissing is now occurring. Do I dare hope your end of the week deadline holds?

It is looking good, though will also be dependent on my poor longsuffering beta.

I think that having a lot of drama and ballet in my early life has done bad things to my head as I am congenitally unable to not block a scene physically as I tell it (NB, this does not always translate into effective action on my part, but that is due to occasional dimness rather than not thinking about it ;-))

And yes! There is snogging! (Lester and Fotherington have finally realised what an unstoppable force they could be together ...)

Off to bed so I have a writing brain in the morning! Later in the morning ...

I always prefer at the very least to visualise things in 3D very clearly before writing/doing/whatever, so I can relate to that. I would still have *loved* to see it though. And Lester and Fotherington, yes LOLOL, knowing you...

To bed and may you wake refreshed and eager to finish the scene. (hides ukulele until it's done, though congrats on your progress)

Don't forget the impact of hair. If it's long enough, then it can (and does) get caught in the arms and even the hinges. And that in turn can cause the glasses to be pulled off.

Good point! I will tag this entry because it is bound to come up again at some point in my life and there is helpful stuff here!
