GAHH!

I am the first to admit that someone should award me an honorary PhD in procrastination, but for the first time in my life my storytelling has been thwarted by my good behaviour.

I am unable to recall a single incident when I have shagged or snogged anyone wearing glasses*.

I've had to put my old sunglasses onto a handpuppet to work out logistics. And, naturally, that required another handpuppet on the other hand to keep the proportions right. Let me just say that I am glad the window in this room opens onto the garden. You would not believe the time it took!

And you thought the ukulele would be the acme of my ridiculousness this week ...**

* Surely I must have, but a taxi to the head is a powerful remover of random snoggage recollection!
** 10 notes! Three chords! Two songs!

YES! It's far and away they best method of constructing prose that is both active and involving! All these blurred fight scenes and action sequences in films these days are just irritating, you want some details to focus on so that you know how much it matters!
