I STILL owe her mum a Haiti fic, and I have had the Best Idea for it, but need to check if she minds if it's not H/D. emerald_dragon , yours has been begun, but will be a monster and should probably be posted as a completed thing. Yes, I am crap. But look, more finishing things! I am on a roll!

In other news, we have a casual brushtail possum in the garden who just wants to hang. As long as it doesn't get into the roof, all is well. The cuteness factor is very high. This is not the actual possum, but the adult looks very similar: 



It did poo on Mr B from the tree above, but since possum poo is solid and dry, like rabbit pellets, he coped and merely complimented it on its aim.

When we lived on the Central Coast we had a couple of possums who would come in at night and steal the cat food. They were a bit skitty but we could be in the same room as them. Didn't worry about the cats getting them as they were bigger than the cats *g*
If you went up stairs at night and startled them they would climb the curtains and growl at you.
