For good smut, you can't go wrong with calanthe_fics (look for her stuff at The Hex Files, where it is unlocked), pushdragon, snegurochka_lee and mirabella (http://theguestroom.houseofhobbits.com/grindex2.html)
They're all plot and character driven writers, but each of them writes scorchingly good smut. Sadly, the other names who I can say the same of have all fallen out of my head for the moment, but you can't go wrong starting with this lot. Oh, and don't fall in love with Mirabella's Shadow of His Wings, because that will probably never be finished, alas ...
