Sadly, this is neither the first nor the worst injury I have given myself in my sleep.

How, self? How do you decide this is a good idea?

Oh ow! Mind you, a relative of mine once managed to break his ankle, lying in bed. We're still not quite sure how he managed it! Were you having a boxing match in your dream? :D
