The contrast between Anna this morning, who clearly had been up all night and was dressed for a long stay in a sweltering media centre, and Julia who had just stepped off the plane impecably groomed was notable.
I do agree that Bligh has done a marvellous job, both in getting messages across and in keeping the media away from the frontline operations people, which is exactly what politicians are *for* in emergencies.
