There's a music video show on the ABC (Oz BBC) here every Friday and Saturday nights, and it's a thing that if you're home, you'll often switch it on rather than the radio, just to have some tunes as background to reading/writing. Mr B and I were quietly being grown-ups (ie, he was reading his Kindle and I was trying to finish Fathers) when that came on. I had to rewind it, twice.

Yeah, guilty. My brother is a big Lonely Island (to be fair, so I am, I Just Had Sex is amazing) fan as well as an even bigger Jack Sparrow/PotC fan so I did know about this. But I had no idea who Michael Bolton is and never really got PotC so it didn't make much of an impression on me.

Terribly ironic you should bring that up - I was just complaining the other day to my sister about just that - how my skin's starting to wrinkle and dry out and I'm getting 'old people hands, forehead, and nose' *pout*

Sunblock, and rose hip oil, rub it in while your skin is still damp and warm from your shower. Even if you have oily skin, it's lovely, and if you have dry, it's a delight! Cheap enough to use all over, too!

ahhhh this video. It's a tradition now on facebook( and has been since it came out) to do Michael Bolton Mondays and post this vid. For some reason it always makes Mondays better. ...now back to the good part....
