Looking for the right words

Sometimes things happen and although you can point to lots of facts and reasons, none of those satisfy your emotional need for hope and consolation. Which is why I am glad I am friends with oncelikeshari, who wrote this, which is kind and beautiful.

Those teachers were all heroes and did everything they could. The one who told her charges that it was going to be OK and that she loved them even though she wasn't sure that was something a teacher should say, but if they were going to die, she wanted that to be the last thing they heard, she's the sort of teacher everyone wants for their kids.
