Clearly I wasn't satisfied with a broken thumb …

Note the attractive rash beneath the thumb. Allergic to the paper tape that holds my splint on.

Also, iPad: What's with the arm-widening foreshortening? Harsh!

In good news, swelling and bruising well down, gouges healing. Hurrah!

I am usually quite good about adhesives, but then, I usually don't have them on day after day. I have a good friend who is hopeless with all of them, and it's always grimly amusing when she ends up looking as though she has gone through a thresher whenever she has a relatively minor injury as she has to use bandages rather than band-aids. HURRAH for the people who make hypoallergenic dressings that work well enough for most of us!
