The Hogwarts interaction was a Sansa invention, and quite a brilliant one. It was the only friend he had that didn't look at him in just one way for a long time, until the others grew up a bit. Which of course meant that I was all emotionally invested in a building. Sigh. But my grandparents have a wonderful old place that is a little Hogwartian and I remembered that I did love that building so much as a child when there was always another alove, another unused stairway, another place of mystery that could take away an afternoon's imaginings, so I felt far less worried about my sanity.
