It's quarter to three in the morning ...

And I cannot go to bed as the last wicket is still to fall.

I know that Americans, Canadians and many Europeans are unable to fathom why we care so much about the Ashes. It's akin to a war, mixed with the Olympics, mixed with the bedrock or national pride.

I will say that the Australian team can hold their heads high at the way they have doggedly fought through this innings. Now if they could just lose so I can go to sleep!

ETA: THEY DID IT! THEY DID IT! WHO NEEDS SLEEP? Bless you Flintoff, you are a gem.

For the last coupld of years I haven't really paid that much attention to the cricket (a game which I understand really well). Anwyway so after reading throught your comments I decided to google this Stuart Broad, and this is what I found.
