Of on the epic journey from the anitpodes to the podes tomorrow, but I have just been struck by something.

For anyone seeking to understand how living in modern Australia is increasingly a productive balance between the West and the Orient, I have just waxed my Barbour jacket and ironed my furoshiki.

In my only disturbing travel news, I have been to four shops and been unable to source bags of Violet Crumble! WOE!

I can do one of those, I just need to make certain that I both work on the train there and back, and make some progress on the weekend, too. At the moment I don't have any reason to prefer one over the other, can we decide as it gets closer? If I wind up needing to do something in the lab with my boss that week which day would depend on his schedule...
