30 is brilliant and you are going to thoroughly enjoy it, especially since you look awesome but now know loads of things that would have been very handy to know when you were 20, but that would have involved believing your parents.
On the topic of which … I was just about to shower and fall into bed due to extreme knackeredness when I remembered I had to say happy birthday to you, which made me look at the date, and think, hmmm, familiar … OH FUCK! Out with the phone text, 'Happy Birthday Dearest Mummy …'
Bed now. If my level of fatigue and hamstring cramps are anything to go by, I think I've exhausted my magnesium supply. Salt lick!
