[livejournal.com profile] leochi  is one of my fave artists in fandom -- I love her sense of sweetness and the genuinely young faces she creates for her school-aged characters. One of the things she does particularly well is cats, having her terrible two to practice on.

This morning, I was getting ready to go to work (OK, I was really putting off going to work for as long as possible) when I spotted this on my flist. It's a set of illustrations to the naughty adventures of Monster recounted yesterday. Mr B and I love it!

At this precise moment the cat in question is sitting between me and the tiny heater designed to provide just enough heat to stop my feet freezing without adding much to the power bill. Exactly no heat makes it past her fat bum. She is perfectly happy.

Aren't they? I love the one of her playing with the wool on her fat belly!

I love that! I left her a nice comment. I blew it up all the way so I could see every little thing and textures. I love the toes, postures and faces. Very, very sweet and really well done.

That is very cute. I just hope neither of my cats develops such a relationship with unknitted wool. They do like kneading my jumpers, however, so I shall take care not to introduce them to the other forms of wool.

I love Leochi's art too, and those drawings are adorable :D

Aww, what nice compliments, thank you! :D

Oh, but I beg to differ, lol. Mine aren't the TT (Terrible Two) but rather the sweetest and most well behaved cats around, they even stop at my bedroom's door and look at me with huge eyes and pained expressions, without trespassing, lol. (Of course they sneak in, when I'm not looking, lol, but the run outside very quickly when I chide them.)
