Artses and cheerios from A to B!*

I was talking with Moo earlier today (or possibly yesterday) and decided that after her brave battle with the plumbing, she should be Steampunk SuperMoo. So I drew her. Poorly. But with love!

Sorry about the dodgy image quality, I had to take a photo of my sketchbook. That's a watch in her hand! So you know when to add the Drano next! And wrenches on the bandolier and a hammer and pouches on the belt!

And now, quick personal messages to my flist. Which may take a little longer than I thought it would, let's do this in shifts, first 2-B ...

ETA: Edited to fill all number, A and B names, hurrah!

[livejournal.com profile] 2amconversation : I love your literate sense, your wit and your taste, which is tremendous (and I only say that in part because it is so similar to my own ;-).)
[livejournal.com profile] _aurora_sky_ : you are so bloody cool! Your compassion and kindness are terrific, and you seem to be possessed of an immense sense of fun, which makes reading your journal highly enjoyable, even if I am crap at commenting.
[livejournal.com profile] absdax : meeting you was hilarious, and Jackbear rules! The photo of John and Jack defines FTW.
[livejournal.com profile] abusing_sarcasm : Cam, you're really talented. Now stop faffing about with wondering what people think about you and write more good stuff.
[livejournal.com profile] acromantular : your spider icon fills me with glee, you DO all these cool things. I;m sorry about the grandmother scam, but you were so levelheaded and GOOD in the way you dealt with it, just as you are with everything, it seems!
[livejournal.com profile] aella_irene : I love your passion for life, and your keen intelligence. You are going to travel a long way in this world with those attributes! (and your half-brother's a twat).
[livejournal.com profile] agr8fae : HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! And, I have been meaning to say this for months: BLOODY HELL! My friend's house burned down (two houses, actually, but that's another story), but she always escaped with pets and photo albums. I know how upset she was, and my heart just bleeds for you!
[livejournal.com profile] alaana_fair : I am so glad to be on your flist, you're kind, you're funny, you're a very fine writer and an even finer person.
[livejournal.com profile] aldebaran1977 : I wish you posted more, your comments are so clever and thoughtful, I want to know more about you!
[livejournal.com profile] aldehyde : You are GORGEOUS, and bright and good at life. You know this, but it never hurts to be told ;-)
[livejournal.com profile] alex_s9 : You seem so cool that I want to learn Polish so I can read more of your entries (I also sincerely believe that you look like your icon).
[livejournal.com profile] alienor77310 : You exemplify the reasons that England covets France. And I can't help feeling that the two of us could run the greatest cat refuge on earth!
[livejournal.com profile] alikcin : I confess that I don;t really know you, but thanks for liking my fic enough to friend me!
[livejournal.com profile] alisanne : You are filled with talent and promise, don't let life get in the way of that!
[livejournal.com profile] allifer : Alas, you never friended me back, so I will never know you ...
[livejournal.com profile] amanuensis1 : Our tastes are so similar that it is spooky. Though if you're ever in Sydney and need to accessorise an outfit, you should drop in, I am willing to bet that my handbag, scarf and bling collections will be similar to yours, too!
[livejournal.com profile] anabellhenry : I hope that you are well at the moment, it's been so long since we heard from you. I miss your sanity and your beautiful photos.
[livejournal.com profile] angela_snape : My newest lj friend! I look forward to knowing you better!
[livejournal.com profile] angeline831 : your slackness with your big Europe post makes me feel a little better about mine. But we should both do
[livejournal.com profile] animeartistjo: sometimes I read your LJ and wish I lived next door so I could come in with a cup of tea, or to say 'STUDY!' or 'Wow, you are really talented', but you don't need me to do that, because you are doing brilliantly by yourself.
[livejournal.com profile] annafugazzi : Life bumped me on the head last year and made me stop reading your beautiful fic. Because I wanted to read it when I was not sad in RL, since it tugs at the heartstrings now. I have been looking forward to finishing it all year!
[livejournal.com profile] annes_stuff : I am so excited about your skills and enthusiasm and hope that you do brilliantly in Brisbane! And yet, I will still probably only remember to call you back about 40% of the time. But given how little I like the phone, that's a lot!
[livejournal.com profile] annf : Write more! Torchwood is the fandom I like to slip out for a Friday night drink with, and I thonk you have your head around the characters really well!
[livejournal.com profile] ant_queen : Should I be glaring at[livejournal.com profile] deense ? YES, I have a fandom journal, even though I am not very fandom. But I love the writing and it's nice here! And I have missed you!!!!
[livejournal.com profile] anteka : I never watch Supernatural, for I have no time, yet I love PWT, which has better scripts.
[livejournal.com profile] anthimaeria : I hope that this is the year where everything comes together for you, and that you very soon stop vomiting long enough to see that happening. Go babies! Go novel! Go you!
[livejournal.com profile] aoifene : you were one of the first fandom writers who showed me that this wasn't just a place for hobbyists, it was a place for people who make art with their words. And you are SO kind! I still have that scarf to get to you, but never found out if you had moved!
[livejournal.com profile] aphelant : By crikey you give good rec, woman!
[livejournal.com profile] aqua_chuu : I hope you are having a good year! You live in one of my favourite cities and I hope it is treating you well!
[livejournal.com profile] astarael02 : Oh GODS I wish I was in France when I read your posts, though a bit of that is because it's near Italy ;-) I hope you have a fabulous time this year!
[livejournal.com profile] author_by_night : I love the way your brain works! You ask such interesting questions, and you love Firefly, which is right and proper!
[livejournal.com profile] ayes_sid : I think that you and I are probably the same height! I hope that this year is a good one for you, and that the strange moments in Sainsbury's continue!
[livejournal.com profile] azurelunatic : Ah blue hair ... the perfection! I hope that this coming year fits in everything
[livejournal.com profile] banbury : Is there nothing you can't do? You are so strong and fabulous (and I wish to borrow your children so I have an excuse to run riot in parks).
[livejournal.com profile] barlidoc : More drawingses! More Lucius! You are the bringer of the joy and glee!!
[livejournal.com profile] bewarethesmirk : you give so much to fandom, from your considerable talent, to your admin skills and your incisive and persuasive recs, even if I do flee the Snarry! Thanks for making everything so much better!
[livejournal.com profile] bitter_greene : You made the joy of the Obama victory so real to me, I hope that this is the new beginning we both hope for in your country!
[livejournal.com profile] bk7brokemybrain : I smiled from ear to ear when I met you online, and fully agree with you that RL should equal Remus Lupin! Because he is fascinating and under-explored!
[livejournal.com profile] blindmouse : I have this long list in a notebook of books you've recommended that I will be buying as soon as some bastard pays me. I love the way that you manage to balance fandom, rl writing and brilliant reading, all so actively and enthusiastically. You make me want to read!
[livejournal.com profile] bloodbelieve : Ace, you should NEVER STFU, because you are full of coolness and smarts. And you really do have the most brilliant hair on my flist.
[livejournal.com profile] blythely : We should never meet, because we would steal each other's MP3 players, band tour T-shirts and vinyl. And then spend ten or twelve hours gossiping about politics until our partners begged us to shut up, for the love of bunnies.
[livejournal.com profile] bonstar : Last seen treading water somewhere off Naples! I miss you and your rotund little penguin! I hope that your work and study has captivated you, or alternatively you have been left a gorgeous palazzo in some strange 19th-century-type plot device and are even now living the life of ease and luxury!
[livejournal.com profile] book_rapport : I am so glad that this year was not as bad as you feared it was going to be for a while there. And, now that you are looking at SMeyer askance, can I suggest Ysabeau Wilce? She makes me v happy!
[livejournal.com profile] born2rumble1st : You have been very quiet, but I think that's because you are up to your nose with STUFF. Fingers crossed it is fascinating stuff that is taking you down the path you want to travel down.
[livejournal.com profile] boxofdelights : One of my big wishes for 2009 is that your life be happy and easy this year. You are a good and kind soul who deals with everything with grace, but my inner five year old says that unfair and crappy things should just not happen to you! A bit of balance would go a long way to restoring my faith in any underlying fairness of the universe.
[livejournal.com profile] brandil : You've gone from lj, I hope to do something you really enjoy!
[livejournal.com profile] brinian : When I grow up, I want to be more like you. Though with possibly fewer dogs.
[livejournal.com profile] bryoneybrynn : You are such a good writer, friend, mother and person. I am genuinely and thoroughly happy to know you!
[livejournal.com profile] bubblegumlocks : Oh Gummy, your posts always make me happy. I hope that things are going well for you, I worry when I don't hear from you for ages, but then I assume you are doing something cool and fun. Fingers crossed!
[livejournal.com profile] bum_luck : GET BETTER little bummy!

* And, apparently, inflammatory political discussions. Sorry!

** Thank you[livejournal.com profile] scrtkpr ! I just went to my profile to copy and paste some names, and I found the most darling polar bear! Bloody LJ and its sporadic notifications!
