It is pissing down for the fifth or sixth day in a row, so I have come in for a couple of hours before dinner and am sitting on my bed, in my thoroughly pleasant hotel in Firenze, watching A Room With A View.

Splendid.

(Though I fear I may be a chaste, old, Lucy Honeychurch.)

eeep! when will you be in London? and for how long? :p

it is zero degrees here today. but it was pouring with rain on Monday. my feet were soaked despite my deliciously warm coat. i fear it was the lack of umbrella that did it.

I get in late tomorrow night and am there till Thursday next in the morning, off to Bath for 48 hours, back in London for the weekend, off to Sydney late Sunday. Don't suppose you're available and want to see Deathly Hallows on Saturday? ;-)

oh, i would love to but i don't think i'll make it; i've a lunch date with an old friend. *despairs* shoot, this is the second time i've missed you whilst you've been in England. :(
