I have to confess that I wouldn't mind being either Catholic or Jewish ;-) (And the latter would certainly fit my eating habits, while the former would fit my vocal range ...)

I have a strong suspicion that Wemyss would have far fewer issues with a good traditional spot of RC-ness than he (rightly) has with some of the current CofE. At least Catholics believe in god, the virgin birth and the baby in Bethlehem, which is more than can be said for some.
