blamebramptonAbout five minutes before lj does its annual implosion, I have learned something that should have been obvious (but I am thick).
I needed to have an flocked tanty, because sometimes a girl just needs to swear on the internet, but there's no reason anyone other than her nearest and dearest need to hear her raise her umbrage above a bottom! or quim!, so I f-locked it.
It has long been my habit to check my entries by clicking on a friend's friends list, so I can make sure that all of my cuts and so on made it in, and that I remembered to leave out the more egregious typos.
But it was not there!
At which point I recollected I do not have myself friended. So it was invisible to me! The system works!
It is possible that I am overly amused by small things.

raitala sent me! It makes me smile every time I see it, and I am hugely lucky to have her as a friend.
The plaint is that most of you are Terrible Influences, and I have been writing birth scenes when I should be sewing for my friend who lives up the road. She needs her frock by Friday, so I am going to ignore you now, but couldn't just one person have been kind and asked if I had heatstroke or some other likely malady to explain the madness?
